Features and Advantages

Due to the small particle size of the pigment after deflocculation, high gloss can be obtained and the color intensity can be improved. In addition, it can also improve the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments. It can reduce the viscosity of the color paste, improve the fluidity of the color paste, and increase the content of pigments in the color paste.

Application And Addition Amount

1、Printing Ink

Recommended Use: Especially suitable for the production of stable high content resin free color paste, can be used for standard water-based base material, such as acrylic dispersion or water-soluble acrylic resin.

Suggest Adding Quantity: titanium dioxide: 10-12%

organic pigments and carbon black: 15-50%

2、Industrial Coating

Recommended Use: For the production of stable high content resin free color paste to prepare waterborne coatings without floating color/flaring. Applicable to architectural coatings, wood and furniture coatings, automotive coatings, can coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, leather coatings.

Suggest Adding Quantity: Titanium white powder: 10-12%

Inorganic pigments: 20-30%

Organic pigments: 30-75%

Carbon black: 130-150%

3、Adhesion Agent

Recommended Use: Recommended use: For dispersing fillers in water without resin. Suitable for waterborne adhesive, epoxy system, polyurethane system.。

Organic pigment: 30-75%

Carbon black: 130-150%

Fill material: 1-3%

Usage

Add when grinding filler (solvent is water, without resin, amine and co-solvent). First, the auxiliary agent and water are fully mixed and dispersed evenly, and then slowly add the filler.

Packaging And Storage

25KG, 200KG/plastic drum; Refer to the general water-based chemical storage method, sealed storage, the best storage temperature 5-35℃, to prevent freezing; When storing unused packages, keep them sealed. Shelf life: 24 months.
