Storage And Transport
Delamination or crystallization may occur at temperatures below 15 ° C, heated to 40 ° C and thoroughly mixed.
The storage time is not recommended for more than 12 months.
Special Notes
The surface treatment of some organic pigments will have an adverse effect on the effectiveness of the wetting dispersant. In this case, an untreated pigment of the same type can be tried.
Application Guidelines
Industrial Coating
Features And Advantages
The additive deflocculates the pigment through steric hindrance and keeps it stable. Anjeka-6173 provides the same charge to pigment particles. The resulting repulsive force and steric stability can effectively avoid possible coflocculation and increase the paint gloss, color intensity, transparency and hiding power, while also reducing grinding viscosity.

Recommended Levels
Additive dosage (purchased form) is based on pigment
Titanium dioxide: 5%-6%
Inorganic pigment: 10%-15%
Organic pigments: 20%-80%
Carbon black: 30%-120%
The above data is empirical, and the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of tests.
Incorporation And Processing Instructios
In order to obtain the best performance, the additive should be added to the abrasive before adding the pigment. First, the resin and solvent components of the abrasive are pre-mixed, and then the additive is slowly added under constant stirring. Do not add pigments before the additive is evenly mixed.
